Once the courier delivers your order, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide you with the option to inspect and try the product before making any payment. Once you accept the product from the courier, it cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange your item, please ensure the desired product is available in our inventory.
Important Notes
- You cannot order two pieces and select only one to purchase — our shipping company does not allow splitting orders.
